About Millennium Virtual Services
Esther Rumfelt is
the owner and sole proprietor of Millennium
Virtual Services with over 25 years of
experience in the transportation, retail and
medical industries providing administrative
support, bookkeeping, word processing and
customer service. The last 10 years
she has worked from her home office in the
medical field providing transcription
services, as well as operating a successful
internet stained glass gift business.
Her history as a
business owner goes back to the 1980s when
she started her first part-time business
providing services to local authors, long
before internet became a household word.
She says, "It was an excellent learning
experience. My first computer was DOS
based and my first word processing program
was WordPerfect 5.0. Never in my
wildest dreams could I imagine how much
technology would change in the future and
the potential the internet would provide."
Her 10 years of
experience in the transportation industry
includes Executive Secretary, Accounting
Clerk, Bookkeeper, as well as an
Import/Export Clerk preparing documentation
for customs clearances for imports and
export documentation for exports and
dispatcher, all with a high degree of
customer interaction and support. She
also spent 5 years as a secretary/bookkeeper
in the retail industry handling the general
administrative duties and bookkeeping, as
well as customer service.
During her years in
the corporate world she has advanced her
skills and is proficient in the services she
offers her customers. She takes great
pride in providing her clients with
professional, detail-oriented services to
meet the needs of her clients.
